MIKIMOTO Unveils New High Jewelry Collection "L’éclat" in Beijing
Asia Debut Following Paris Haute Couture Week Presentation
BEIJING (July 30, 2026) — MIKIMOTO (Chuo-ku, Tokyo / President: Yasuhiko Hashimoto) presented its new High Jewelry collection, "L’éclat," on July 30, 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing. The event marked the collection’s Asia debut following its initial unveiling during Paris Haute Couture Week.
Inspired by a sudden release of light from stillness, the "L’éclat" collection embodies an inner glow akin to that of a pearl. To celebrate its premiere in Asia, MIKIMOTO showcased approximately 59 new creations in Beijing. The venue’s immersive design—featuring light cascading from the canopy like falling stars and radiating lines of brilliance—transported guests into a world enveloped in light.
To mark the occasion, distinguished guests attended the event, including Global Brand Ambassadors Dilraba (actress) and Song Weilong (actor), alongside supermodel Ming Xi. Dressed in striking attire paired with pieces from the new High Jewelry collection, they vividly brought to life the multifaceted beauty of light.
